Cancellation received after the cut off date for booking shall be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a one night stay per room reserved.
In house guests who cut short their stay will also be charged a cancellation fee equiavalent to 100% of the remaining number of roomnights cancelled.
During peak periods, as determined by the hotel, cancellation or room deduction done after it has been guaranteed based on the option date shall be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total room charges.
