We have four treatment rooms created as holistic retreats,with two having been especially designed for couples. Our therapists are thoroughly versed in our world acclaimed range of signature treatments. Guests can visit our spa between 9am to 1am.
Our guests are delighted by the refreshing green and blue of our landscaped pool. Our 16 meeting spaces include the light filled 18th floor Macopa Room for 70 guests and our Mandarin Ballroom, which has hosted many ambassadorial celebrations and major cultural events. Our catering has a particularly excellent reputation.

Check-out time is 12nn. We will be pleased to arrange a late check-out time from the hotel if you let us know in advance. An additional fee is payable for guaranteed late check-out.

There is no charge for children under 12 years old sharing existing bedding in the same room.

Individual Bookings
In case of cancellation, a written notification must be received by the hotel not later than 3 days prior to arrival date, failing which the hotel reserves the right to fully charge the first night of stay (room only with service charge and applicable taxes included), unless specified otherwise on high demand period. No shows will be charged in full.
Group Bookings
Cancellation penalty for rooms equivalent to one (1) night shall be charged for cancellations made seven (7) working days or less prior to arrival of group, unless specified on high demand periods. For each no-show on the date of arrival, an automatic one (1) cancellation fee will be charged.
